Great Studio
I've been attending Reformer Pilates classes with Heather for a few years. They are amazing and Heather is a great teacher. The new location in Morningside is such a wee gem. And now there are additional services like massage, beauty & even sound baths. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. This is a supportive community in which to stay well.
