Kylie is the founder of egg, a women’s media brand in Scotland, and an experienced event host, moderator and podcast presenter who has built a career around bringing people together—and asking the questions everyone else is thinking.

Originally from Glasgow, Kylie moved east and started what would become egg as a Facebook group. Fast forward several years and it now connects over 150,000 women across Scotland, through content, events and a growing platform.

Kylie has hosted hundreds of live events—from intimate panel conversations to large-scale conferences and sold-out theatre recordings. She is also the host of the egg talks to podcast, where she has interviewed a wide range of guests—from household names to women you might not have heard of yet (but absolutely should have).

As an event host and moderator, Kylie is known for creating conversations that feel natural, honest and actually enjoyable to be part of.

At the heart of everything Kylie does is egg: a platform built to help women feel more confident, more visible and more connected. Whether she’s on stage, behind the mic, or building what comes next, her focus is the same - creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and glad they showed up.
