Our programmes range from self-paced learning for beginners to advanced professional development for Internal Coaches and Leaders who coach.

Brilliant Coaching Courses
I attended Stellar's ICF Level 1 Diploma in Coaching course and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to build their skills to connect with people and support their growth. I've also attended Stellar's Group Coaching training which helped me learn and practice my coaching skills to facilitate growth and learning for everyone in a group setting. Highly recommended. Both courses were taught and facilitated by Emma and Cari and I loved their kind and inclusive delivery. Hearing their real-life stories and experiences really added to the richness of the experience.

Excellent experience
I have worked with Stellar Conversations in a couple of different ways and both have been brilliant experiences. Mentor Coaching with Emma was great professional development and not only put me in good stead for my ACC accreditation but also made me a better coach. I also took part in their Group Coaching training, which was also fantastic. I recommend Stellar Conversations wholeheartedly!
