About Sallie Bale

​Sallie Bale is the founder of Monument Marketing, and for the past 15 years, she’s been helping brands figure out what makes them truly unique and how to share that with the world in a way that really connects. Sallie’s worked with hundreds of businesses to help them find clarity in their marketing and make the most of their efforts.

​Starting her own PR business by the age of 24, Sallie’s passion for marketing has been a constant. After moving to Edinburgh from London, she discovered her love for brand strategy while working with some of the city’s top creative agencies. Now, she’s focused on helping brands tell their stories and build communities that last.

​Sallie’s also committed to supporting women in marketing. She founded Bloom Scotland, a community for women in the industry, where she shares her experience and mentors the next generation of marketers.
