The Women on Top event in The Balmoral was a total hit! After an energised piping performance from Louise, our two incredible speakers, Grace Andrews and Sonja Mitchell, took the stage to share their inspiring journeys and insights into the world of entrepreneurship and marketing.
Grace, the Marketing Director for Stephen Bartlett, who you may know from the Diary of a CEO podcast, talked about building a personal brand and creating content that truly connects with people. She emphasised the importance of staying on top of social media trends, being consistent, and using data and AI to up your game. Grace expressed, that these tools keep you 1% ahead and to value these marginal gains.
Sonja, the Managing Director of Jump Ship Brewing, a non-alcoholic brewery, shared her experience of leaving the corporate world to start her own business, juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship, and the challenges and rewards of being vulnerable and authentic in business. But what really struck a chord with the audience was her advice on finding your tribe and being authentic and vulnerable when sharing your story.
Both speakers stressed the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in today's fast-paced digital landscape. They encouraged attendees to take on challenges, take risks, and pursue their passions with determination and resilience.
Our audience was filled with a diverse group of amazing women entrepreneurs and professionals who were inspired and energised by the speakers' stories and insights.
Our Women on Top was a true testament to the power of women supporting women. It was a day filled with inspiring stories, valuable insights, and a strong sense of community.
