Fern Ross

Fern Ross is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa, pregnancy and postnatal yoga.

She discovered yoga in 2007 when working as a journalist in London, and qualified in 2015. She's since taught thousands of hours, and led workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.

Fern offers weekly pre- and postnatal classes at the LifeCare Centre Stockbridge aimed at supporting you during pregnancy, birth and beyond, and creating a strong and nurturing community of fellow mothers.
