Back in February, we kicked off a brand-new co-working series at our temporary home, The Auction Rooms - and let’s just say, it was an absolute cracker.
If you haven’t been to The Auction Rooms yet, you’re in for a treat! This stylish serviced office in central Edinburgh offers flexible workspaces and meeting rooms. And it blends style and comfort perfectly.
Picture this: moody, serene colour palettes, sleek desk setups with plush chairs, luxuriously Insta-worthy loos (yes, we said it), a chic members’ lounge, and an endless supply of coffee and snacks to keep you going. Honestly, is there a better setting to spark creativity and smash through that to-do list? We think not.
A Day of Collaboration
Fifteen brilliant women - from music industry pros to First Aid trainers, interior designers, writers, facialists and marketing gurus - gathered for a day of productivity, networking, and learning. After some relaxed introductions (and freshly baked croissants from Company Bakery - the almond ones were a crowd favourite), we got down to business.
The morning was all about getting stuff done, but the real highlight was our Lunch & Learn session. Led by the fabulous Marta and Elaina from team egg (pictured below), this 45-minute workshop was all about boosting social media skills. They guided everyone through creating engaging Instagram reels, sharing top tips on editing, scheduling, and must-have apps that make a real impact.
Post-workshop, the energy was buzzing. With new connections formed, the rest of the afternoon was spent working, chatting and collaborating, free style. It was an inspiring day where everyone left feeling focused, motivated, and ready to tackle whatever came next.
